    We were meeting with a friend we hadn’t spoken to for a long time and had a lot to catch up on. The food was great and the service impeccable. After our lunch we sat and talked at length with the table cleared and drinks kept filled. No one hurried us and it was truly a pleasant experience. Thank you Cooper’s Hawk and staff for a perfect lunch!

    I realize this is a new restaurant to the Northland and I went to a Cooper Hawk in Sarasota Florida and it was excellent but this one, not so much. Food was good but we were there for 2 hours and didn't order any wines or alcohol. We ordered our main entree's and desert and it was very frustrating how long it took. 2 hours is very hard to stomach. The brought us the wrong desert order and didn't bring us silverware. I finally complained to the bartender and he told a manager. The manager was very nice and made good by discounting our deserts. They seemed busy but not that busy, of course we didn't get to sit in the main dining room for some weird reason. I made reservation 4 or 5 days before so not sure why we were seated in the bar area. Very disappointed in my experience but will probably give it another try because the one in Sarasota was so good.

    We were seated pretty quickly after arriving for our reservation however our dinner for 5 people (2 adults, a teenager, and 2 kids) ended up lasting 2 hours, start to finish. 1 appetizer, 5 entrees, and 3 deserts were eaten but there were very large waits for food. It wasn’t just our table either, all the tables around us had very similar wait times. Dinner was good, not great but good. Just wasn’t expecting a 2 hour dinner. It is a newer restaurant so seems like the kitchen is still drastically working on their timing.

    Completely disappointed. We were excited to have a new restaurant up north. Had to book reservation way in advance. And it was a huge disappointment. Shrimp appetizer was ok at best. Entrees were fair. I asked for no mushrooms, but they came anyway. Key lime dessert was as not very good In all, not a place to go

    Happy Hour made it affordable considering. Prime rib sliders were dope. Vin Velout wine is great. House red blend just ok. Truffle arancini was good. Service was good but buying a bottle to take with you at the counter always takes too long. They are distracted with the wine tastings. Ambiance is basic. Could be fancied up. Will return.
