I’m rating this as a family with young kids. I’ve dined previously for date night, girls night and work parties (all great experiences). I have a 10,8 and 7 year old. My two oldest are more sophisticated eaters and usually end up wanting something off adult menus and making my wallet cry. Coopers Hawk is nice because they offer kids sized portions of steak or salmon but also the traditional kid items. The kids price for the nicer items are more than $15, but definitely not as expensive as the adult pricing. Kids totally loved it and wiped their plates clean. There were not many families with young kids there, but I felt like it was definitely kid appropriate. A lot of “nicer” restaurants don’t have kids menus or a coloring sheet, so it was nice to see Coopers Hawk offered that.

A great atmosphere and dining experience. Everyone was happy with their food including the desserts. I highly recommend “The Prime” and S’more Budino for dessert.

W go to Coopers often and today was first time having brunch. I do not recommend their brunch menu. It was very lacking

customer service needs improvement From the front desk area as you arrive to the waiters that are handling the table, they take your order, but they do not come back to check up on things nor to refresh your glasses of water.or etc

Overall good experience at Cooper's Hawk Wesley Chapel. First of all, I want to give highest compliments to our server Crystal. Her service was outstanding, and she has a very positive and customer-oriented attitude. We did brunch and bubbles and found our food not as good as the dinner menu items we had on New Year's Eve. We probably won't try the brunch again but will definitely return for lunch or dinner. BTW - the breakfast sangria is excellent and because we were celebrating a birthday, a nice small dessert was provided with a lit birthday candle. Very nice and thoughtful.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We started by the bar, where we enjoyed some appetizers and drinks—great flavors and perfect portions. After that, we moved to our table, and the dining experience was just as Nice. The ambiance was right on, the food was exceptional, and the service was good. This is a place worth returning to. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend!

We arrived On time for our reservation and we were seated 13 mins later. The food has been subpar the last 3 times we ate here. I had the pistachio encrusted grouper and it seemed uncooked so I left it on the hot plate for awhile until I felt it was cooked enough. The Cooper’s hawk red wine blend is delicious however I’m not sure if they use pesticides on their grapes- I need to investigate further. I tend to stick to European brands as those dangerous pesticides are outlawed in Europe. My husband had the chicken with lemon capers pasta because he felt the other dishes were overpriced for what you get. He normally does not like a lot of pasta but the sauce was good and he enjoyed a large portion of it. The chicken was cooked properly. We also had the meatball appetizer which was good and I believe it was ricotta added to the dish which improved it significantly however they need to change the bread added to this appetizer as it looked like white sandwich bread, and was very disappointing. The noise level in this place is so bad that we could hardly talk to each other. We were sat at a table for two along the Long banquet that you share with other tables. The waiter was good with eye contact, and understood my signals when we needed more water or flatware. The initial lady that took our appetizer dishes, took the flatware because we asked for clean ones, and then she forgot to come back with clean ones, and we had our entrées in front of us. But the waiter quickly noticed and took care of us. It’s unfortunate but I doubt we will continue going to Cooper’s Hawk and are in search of a new place. However, in this part of town I’m not sure there’s too many options for upscale dining.

I completely forget our servers name and for that I’m sorry because she was amazing. Not only was the service amazing, but the food was incredible. We had the chef recommended appetizer which was a 3 cheese Italian sausage arancini and it was absolutely incredible, as was the rest of our meal but that deserves an honorable mention. Wine pairings are on point. My only recommendation would be that the two top tables along the kitchen are extremely small and close together and it’s kind of like you’re on top of strangers. Otherwise, great experience.
