   Had a great experience at copa, went on Monday for vinyl night and they had a secret menu that gets u free tapas at the bar. Food what’s great, the steak aguachile is delicious, fresh and with a kick. Also try the empanadas sampler all and each one was better than the previous one. Cocktails were great love the mezcalita tamarindo. For the dessert we had the best tres leches I’ve ever had and the brigadeiro were a nice surprised since I’ve never had them before. Overall a great experience with excellent service and ambiance.

   Thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Copa - Destiny our server took great care of us, tapas was delicious as was the cocktails and wine selection. It’s my personal go to at the Vintage area - lively ambience and menu selection.

   The ambiance was great but having to keep track of the food each had was not a pleasant experience. I have been a server for different franchises and I never seen or heard of too many people to have their own check

   It was an amazing Valentine’s dinner. Owner and chef stepped out and spoke with us . Love the ambiance and will definitely try to come out again.

   We were greeted immediately by the host and lead us to our table. Right away our server greeted us and took our order. Server, host and bartender were friendly and courteous. Food was excellent and atmosphere was great.

   Nice little hole in the wall. We went there last night and enjoyed delicious tapas and a few glasses of wine. It was Valentine’s Day so the tables were closely packed together, and the place was very crowded. Despite that, we will definitely go back when it’s not a special occasion. To me, that says a lot about the place…

   Went to COPA for our first time on Valentines Day. Glad we made a reservation but they were doing an excellent job of trying to seat people without one. 6:45 was perfect. By 8:00 it was as very busy. Crowded. Tried various tapas and all were good. Beef empanadas as well. The cinnamon roll dessert topped with ice cream was a little crispy on the bottom but it didn’t stop us from eating it all! The staff was very helpful and Shannon the kitchen manager made sure everyone was satisfied with their food. Will definitely go back and try something different from the menu. The musician added a nice touch but at times it was hard to have a conversation. I would definitely recommend you give it a try though.

   It was a really great experience!!! The food and service was excellent. The empanadas and croquettes were awesome. Loved it.

   We’ve had Tapas in Greece, Spain and Portugal to name a few and COPA is one of our new favorites. Second time to try (1st time 4 weeks ago) and while the first experience was great - this time exceeded our already high expectations. Expanded tapas menu where every item we order was very delicious. Can’t wait to return.

    A real gem. We love tapas and this place reminded us of restaurants in Portugal and Spain. Wait staff was attentive, informative and helpful. Sangria extremely well made. Portions for tapas were large. When we left, we had a number of ‘to go’ boxes it looked like we had ordered Take Out. This is a top 5 in our restaurant rotation. Looking forward to next visit.
