Copper & Sage excels at the unexpected. From traditional Southern dishes to innovative creations, Chef Evon Profitt has designed his menu to satisfy every palate. Indulge in dishes like our Cast Iron Duck or our house-made tagliatelle with Italian sausage & kale in a lemon cream sauce.

We offer an array of handhelds such as our Pork Belly Tacos with kimchi, fresno chiles & sriracha aioli, or dive into one of our smashburgers or our angus/duroc blend patti with gruyere and trumpet/maitake mushrooms.

On the weekends, we brunch hard with plates like the Monte Cristo or our Cast Iron Hash featuring cubed sirloin and a medley of the good stuff.

Food was decent and drinks were good. Service was solid but it definitely wasn’t worth the money. My wife and I both had a dinner meal, split an appetizer, two sides, and a cocktail each and with tip was over 200. Food wasn’t worth that price and the inside is nothing special. We sat at a high top and all we heard were the waitresses talking with kitchen staff. We were hoping it would be a new go to spot but we probably won’t be going back

The food is pretty good and the cocktails are even better. Our server was very nice. She had a slight hiccup in understanding which pork belly tacos my wife ordered. She ordered off the brunch menu and our server rang up the tacos from the dinner menu, which yes- both are pork belly tacos, but have different contents. Our server corrected this and once my wife got what she wanted, she was very happy with her meal. Honestly, nothing to complain about. We will definitely be returning. The biscuits and gravy are fantastic!

First time here and absolutely loved everything from the food to the service. Highly recommend. We will be back for sure.

Food is always great. The environment is perfect. Service was a bit slow but nothing that can’t get fixed.

The service and ambience here are absolutely wonderful. I wish we had more places like this in the west valley.

My wife and I did a “Date Night” at Copper and Sage and everything was wonderful. The staff from the hostesses to the bartenders, the waitress and the managers were all very friendly. Our food was delicious, my wife had the scallops and I had the short ribs, both were outstanding. Our dessert, the Praline Torte fell short of what we had hoped it would be and feel it may be better if it were warmed. We plan on going back again and again. Just make sure you have the Pappy 15 in stock!

My wife and I had a very good dining experience on our first visit on New Year's Eve. Our reservation was honored on time, and from the very beginning our waitress and other servers were flawless. They were all friendly, courteous, respectful and energetic. While the establishment was busy and at times had a wait line, we never felt rushed. The menu offers a variety of selections and the wine and cocktail lists are extensive. Our dinners were delicious and served hot. The bar area is appropriately separated from the main dining areas. Overall, Copper and Sage offers a great menu at reasonable prices in a comfortable and friendly dining environment.

We expected a better food experience. The breakfast tacos were just ok. The beignets weren't up to par. Service was good for it being a weekend and it was a nice atmosphere. But I wouldn't go out of my way to revisit.

Great vibe and wonderful food with a southern flair. The muscles were outstanding, same for the shrimp and grits.

We went for brunch on a Saturday with the family of five and had an enjoyable time. We sat on the patio to enjoy the great December weather. The service was great, Michelle our server, was pleasant and offered good recommendations. The food was delicious.
