Copper Blossom is a stunning bar with a garden-inspired aesthetic where beauty meets flavour. As well as our 'dripping in flowers' indoor garden we have an outdoor seating area with a stunning view of Edinburgh Castle.

Our extensive cocktail list not only looks good; it tastes even better.

Un sitio de 10, de los 4 días que estuvimos por Edimburgo, fue uno de los mejores. Tienen carta sin gluten y a parte de cenar, también tienes la posibilidad de estar en un buen ambiente de copas/cocktails y pasar un buen rato!

Lovely place, beautifully decorated. Food was nice. Glad I had a main as small plates are small. We had a great afternoon although our bottle of Prosecco was not chilled enough. Appreciated the party hats and birthday card for my friend’s birthday.

A very pretty place with lots of lovely decorations. The Christmas menu was great. The only place we could find that didn't have mushrooms for the vegetarian option. The food was delicious, well presented and a decent portion. The service was good even though they were busy they were quite attentive making sure we were okay. The only slight thing was we got a bottle of prosecco at the bar first and the glasses for the other 2 ladies were smaller and came with a rasp where as our 2 did not. Love the quotes on the walls in the ladies toilets as well. Everything is very nice. The music was good and not too loud. Some ladies were dancing as well. Would definitely recommend this place and would go again.

The staff have been incredible! I was late and they phoned me and took the table reserved! It was my birthday and key left few hats, sunglasses and candies! The table was for 4 but they gave us for 6 people which was even better as turned out to have more guests! My boyfriend was a barman for many years and we both found the cocktail very good, good sized and good quality ( the Prosecco on the Aperol spritz was not “old” like the one it is used in other places) great atmosphere and especially during Christmas season the decorations inside and out the place make everything magic! I cannot thank enough to make all special!

Food was a good price but took a little no time to arrive. Servers were nice but not enough staff as they took a long time you get your order

We visited in the run up to Christmas, outside and inside had Christmas decorations which were lovely. The restaurant was busy and very noisy but only to be expected due to the time of year. Food was lovely. Service was ok but slightly robotic, staff could offer a more customer focussed service - would not prevent me returning again.

Had the best night with friends and family. Service was exceptional, food was amazing and the cocktails/champagne/ shots just topped it off. Forgot about the DJ that was playing top tunes all night. Fantastic experience. Would recommending ordering the drinks package. Staff were brilliant. Well done guys!
