I have eaten here many times and my meal has always been consistently delicious. This is my favorite go to Italian restaurant in Illinois (and I have been to many)! Service is perfect and all the staff is very friendly.

Our first time here, Elliot our server was great very enthusiastic receptive, and overall mice person food was definitely premium. Drinks were great. Enjoyed it immensely and will certainly return in the near future.

As always, delicious! Met 4 friends for dinner—2 newbies to Coppolillo’s, we all loved our food. I had the Lamb Chop Lollipops. Trio Medallions, Truffle Cheeseburger, Pasta Bolognese & Eggplant Salad all earned rave reviews. Cool ambiance, easy parking, yummy cocktails.

We didn't care for the taste of the food. Except for the salad and brussel sprouts nothing was very good. It was quite pricey with everything ala carte.

Was in back room, felt like eating in a kitchen, dim lights or something! Next time we will be more specific on where we sit within.

This restaurant is way too loud! You can't hear the people dining with you at your table nor can you hear anything the wait staff is trying to say. Your designer should have planned for a sound absorption systems. What a shame. The table we were seated at was in a high traffic area near the middle of the room and was constantly being walked around by patons and wait staff. Very uncomfortable. The menu was not very interesting and the food itself was very ordinary. I had very much looked forward to dining at this location. I will not be returning nor would I recommend it to others.

Seated in the bar area in the tables next to the bar. Due to the lack of space between the bar stools and the table we were constantly being bumped by people and staff walking between us, trays of food and dishes carried over our heads. We couldn't push the table away from the bar because there was no room on the other side either. I honestly felt bad for the staff. Our waiter and the support staff were great. The food we did get - the beet salad and stuffed mushroom appetizers were good but nothing exceptional. We weren't able to eat our entrees because they arrived an hour and a half after we ordered them. By that time we were all frustrated and just wanted to get out of there. We'd been there 2 hours by then. Our 6 o'clock reservation became dinner served at 8:00 p.m. We did bring our concerns to the attention of the manager whose handling of the situation, in our opinion, was disrespectful and less than satisfactory. Those details have been provided to the company directly. Needless to say we will not be back.

Outstanding food. Possibly the best stuffed mushrooms you'll ever find. The quality of all our meals was exceptional. Food arrived in a comfortable pace without being made to feel rushed. The wait staff were super attentive and kind. This beats the other Italian restaurants in the area by far!
