   Food is fantastic! We tried a number of different items and all were delicious. We were there over lunch time and the service was quite slow. It was a nice day and many were outside as well as quite a number inside. Perhaps they aren't used to the volume of people with so many outside and inside tables, but the service was very slow.

   The food was great, and it was complimented with a lovely atmosphere. We had the oysters to start, they were fresh tasting and each had their subtle differences. That was follows up by th mushroom tart and the charred scallops, both of these dishes were the winners of the night for me. Mushroom dishes usually aren’t my favorite, but the tart combined with the cheese was delicious. Similarly with the scallops, the sauce that they sat in, combined with the tenderness of the scallops was so good, very rich. I then had the beef shoulder for my entree, it was cooked to perfection and the sauce was spot on. We used a fresh baguette to clean the plate of all that was left to make sure none of it got left for the dishwasher. We left full and satisfied, 100% would go back next time I visit Charlotte.

   Beef bourguignon and coq au vin were excellent, attentive service, great wine selection.

   Beautiful setting, great service, varied and delicious menu. We went for Brunch and look forward to trying for dinner and wine.

   Overall the food, wine and service were excellent!! We opted to sit outdoors so you are subjected to some street noise. Most of the evening was very pleasant but downtown Charlotte has a problem with cars and motorcycles with very loud exhausts racing from light to light.Just and FYI.....

   This was the first time dining at Coquette and it was a delightful experience — great food, great price, great service, great location!

   This is our 3rd visit. One brunch and two dinners. It’s trying to be a french bistro, but it falls shirt. Service is good, staff pleasant. Starters are ok, salads are good. Tonight was duck fat fried chicken- inedible! I did not eat but 2 bites- hard as a rock- tasteless and dry. Why wouldn’t you post a roasted chicken? Fries were tasty- that and some salad was my dinner, plus a tomato tarte that was just way too big to be enjoyable. They are trying way too hard. The mother restaurant is Mariposa- been there numerous times- consistently good and stays in their lane for taste and quality. Coquette- bye bye- never again I’ll give them credit- they deducted the awful chicken!!

   Food was fantastic. But took extremely long to get to our table. One hour from salads to entrees. When it got there was great. Very pricey. Loud. Clearly in an office building. Did I mention the food was great?

    Charming ambiance and the food was good and beautifully presented. Noise level made it hard to converse but it was full and the party next to us was very loud
