Cork & Flame can trace its history back to 2004 when Roger Strohl opened The Vineyard Wine Market. After a successful 13 years, The Vineyard has joined forces with Chef Justin Hayes and partners to form a unique combination of fine dining, tapas and wine market, offering customers a single culinary experience. In addition to the fine dining, tapas and wine market, the Cork and Flame hosts wine tastings, wine dinners, and private party events.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The food, the drinks, the interactions, the attention to detail, the craftsmanship, the environment, everything was top notch. This is a place I will come to often, there was nothing wrong anoit this place. Try everything, despite what you think the mix of sweet, salty, and spice on everything is perfectly blended and pleasing to the palate. I can not wait to come back to experience more.

Customer service was excellent. My wife and I ate the Bison meal, pork chop meal and a seafood melody meal along with the lobster bisque. The Bison, seafood, and lobster bisque was excellent, though costly but tasty. The pork chop meal was a little dry, even though the sides to this meal (collard greens and beans) was awesome. The menus online was not the in house menu. Overall it was a good meal in a great atmosphere.

Our server was so kind and attentive. The food was delicious. We had a great time celebrating our first anniversary!

Very disappointing. Over rated. Food was good, service was awkward. Side room lacks ambiance. Price tag doesn’t match quality you’d expect.

This was our first time at this restaurant and it did not disappoint! The food was impeccable, the atmosphere was cozy and the staff was on point. Thank you for a memorable meal. We will be back.

The amount of food given for the price isn't the best, but the taste of the food is amazing. The beet and goat cheese app is the best thing I have ever tasted. After dinner we sat at the bar and had Trevor and Thomas as our bar tenders, they were both so knowledgeable and personable; we could have spent all night with them.
