We eat in Côte quite often , either Barnes or Chiswick, and it doesn’t let you down. Nice atmosphere, friendly service and tasty food

I love this Cote. It’s spacious and open and in a lovely location next to the pond in Barnes. It’s very child friendly with crayons and colouring packs. Great food and prices as ever and really lovely staff.

You can't go wrong with a visit to Cote Brasserie. I enjoyed the 3 course set menu deal and thought the food was good value for money

Pretty average, plates and glasses were dirty and the taps in the bathroom give out a dribble of water, nowhere near enough to even wet your hands properly never mind using soap. Main food was sub par - Cote du Boef was cool to the touch as were the fries. The tomato salad was freezing cold as though they’d only just come out of the fridge and all the sauces were also cold. People serving were nice and the French onion soup and crudités were good.

Excellent food enjoyed by all the company. Service good but a little slow. Great environment and marvellous to have a low ambient noise level.

We had to wait for 20 min to order while the restaurant was 20% occupancy. No fish plate available !! The quality of food that we order was poor

Such a lovely restaurant. The onion soup was cold so it was sent back by my dad to be warmed up, which seemed to cause an adverse reaction as the fish soup for main was overcooked so the mussels were shrivelled and the fish portion tiny. When my dad complained about it he was met with an argumentative waiter who told him that everything comes in fresh and pre-portioned. Given he was the one taking everyone out and will always thank people for their service and food he took the unique decision not to pay a tip. He asked whether it would happen next time again and the response unsatisfactory. Such a shame as it is a regular for him taking his grandchildren for a meal. I genuinely hope it was a one off but I’m not sure I want to risk finding out. He did receive a free bottle of wine voucher and those meals off of he price so they knew it did not go well.

more family oriented than couples, we asked for a quit table then then had a table if 5 young children put next to us ( the parents preferred to sit separately!) Service was very good but otherwise acceptable only.
