Food Network ‘Chopped’ Champion Chef Cory Oppold and the culinary team take you on a food journey of both your taste and visual senses, using seasonality of products and a progression of flavor.

COURSE offers a Chef tasting menu Friday and Saturday and a 5-course ‘choice of’ menu on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, as well as a special menu series on Sundays, of • COURSE.

Our menus change seasonally, and current & upcoming special menus can be viewed on our website.

    COURSE Restaurant is excited to announce the return of the highly anticipated 12 Days of Christmas Menu. This unique dining experience was born out of a deep appreciation for Christmas traditions and the magic of the holiday season, and offers an 8-course tasting menu inspired by traditional Christmas dishes, Christmas songs, and even Christmas movies. The 12 Days of Christmas is a true feast for the senses, taking diners on a delightful journey through your favorite flavors of the holiday season. This menu will be offered 12/13/24-12/29/2024 for $175/person with reservation hours each day from 5-9pm, but closed on Mondays. The New Year’s Eve Menu includes a complimentary glass of Champagne for each guest and our sommelier has curated an outstanding wine pairing for this one-night-only menu. Dining room reservations at 6 pm or earlier will have a three-hour time limit, but if you would like to enjoy a longer experience, please consider booking the patio. Vegetarian? We are happy to accommodate. Please be sure to provide dietary restrictions at least 3 days prior to your reservation.

    Hit or miss on the Christmas tasting menu. Apppreciate the service but value/ambiance just wasn’t worth the $175 per person plus cocktail, a glass of wine and gratuity

    We dined here during the 12 Days of Christmas menu. It was spectacular and the restaurant accommodated our dietary preferences (no red meat for me and a nut allergy for my husband). Terrific service too. The location is a bit unfortunate, the “patio” location is in a parking lot next to a quick serve restaurant with bright overhead lights so despite the environment crated, the in the patio, the bright and lights were quite hard to not notice. Highly recommend the food and can’t wait to try brunch.

    The menu was grossly overpriced and not particularly well prepared. Most of the entrees were flavorless and were crying out for seasoning. The wine list was not inspiring and way too expensive. For the money that we spent for the dinner, (almost $500.00!), we could have had three meals at other fine restaurants in the Phoenix area. I cannot recommend this restaurant in good conscience.
