Welcome to CRAFT Calgary Soutcentre, the second location in our hometown. We are a restaurant and bar with over 100 beers on tap and fresh local food. Come visit us on the south side of Southcentre Mall and enjoy all the downtown things without the downtown drive!

    We had a bit of a secluded booth which was nice for our women’s get together. We didn’t feel that we were affecting others around us with our laughter or chatter!

    We had Nachos, Kung Pao Tofu Lettuce Wrap, and Korean Baby Back Ribs. This would be a message to the chef... My brother is the one who created the original Korean Baby Back Ribs back in 90's in Los Angeles and your version of it was way too salty. My brother toned the gochoojang down quite a bit with vinegar and added either sugar or honey much more than you have and they tasted much better than your version. If you want to mix gochoojang with soy sauce, it should be lot less than the portion of soy sauce you've used in your recipe. Adding garlic or more garlic to it would make this dish more flavouful and delicious. Kung Pao is one of my all time favorite Chinese dish and your Kung Pao Tofu wrap was great. Could be a bit more spicier but then again many westerners are unable to eat spicy food therefore where you have left off with the degree of spicyness was good enough. As for the nachos, I would like to see more cilantro in your salsa... actually was there any cilantro in it at all? I wish restaurants in Canada would make the other ethnicity foods as authentic as possible. If you are creating fusion style, it should taste much better than its original version and not less flavorful or bland. People enjoy other ethnicity food for its original flavors and if they can't eat the food prepared as it should be, then they do not appreciate or understand the dish. The restaurants should to not try to cater to people who are careless about these dishes and concentrate more on people who appreciate them to bring more flavors to the dishes which they are trying to recreate.

    Chicken sandwich which was not much bigger than a toonie. Too small for even a slider bun. An absolute disgrace! Honestly a joke. No value at all.
