Terrible service. Food wasn’t very good either. But the service was bad and that stood out the most. Server seemed like she was having a bad day. Ignored us quite a lot and missed a lot. We sat for a VERY long time waiting to get our check. She passed us by multiple times but then finally came over and acted surprised we were still there. Didn’t off desert or anything else. Finally brought the check. Won’t be back.

Foods came cold. You can't eat BBQ cold. It appears already made and sitting for a long time.

I have been to this restaurant several times and always had great service but this last time I went was not what we expected. It took an hour to get our food, the food that finally came out was less than what they normally serve. They ran out of food (side dishes). They also ran out of lettuce for the Caesar Salad! We had to order an extra entree because the portions were extremely smaller than what they normally serve. The chicken was undercooked we had to order another one. The waitress was nice but did not take responsibility for our experience. When I mentioned my concerns all she did was comp a salad. We used to love this place but they were so unprepared and not helpful in resolving the matter better.

It was wonderful experience. It was easy to make reservation online, and the whole dining in experience was great. We had a big party of 18, but everything went well and the food at Craft by Smoke and Fire was awesome. We will definitely go back again.

Service was great! Our server was friendly and refilled our drinks before I even noticed. Really made our day to have such great service. The food was tasty too, will definitely return.

Our first time there and what a fantastic experience! From making the reservation, to calling to change the number of our party, to the Host, to our Server, and topping it all off … The FOOD! We highly recommend their Grilled Chicken add-on to the salad, as it was super generous, tender, and had great flavor. The Brisket Tacos and Quesadilla were also delicious. We had a party of seven and everyone loved their meals! Definitely going back!

3 o’clock on a Sunday afternoon and they ran out of chips and they also ran out of ribeye again I was the main reason we stopped going there and probably the reason we’re not coming back for a long time. The service was phenomenal and we always appreciate service. (Thanks Harper!) this location is really seemed of gone down the hill in the past year
