    We were amazed at the oysters. They were phenomenal and the strawberry mignonette was wonderful. The clam chowder was amazing a little salty, but I still really enjoyed it. I also had the grilled shrimp and salmon duo. The sweet potatoes were not hot not even warm and I did not enjoy those. The broccolini was woody. My son’s sushi rolls. He really really enjoyed. My daughter had the lobster bisque and it was just warm. It wasn’t hot. She asked for some bread or a roll and she got burnt slices of bread. We come every New Year’s Eve and we were kind of disappointed this year. Our server was new and didn’t know a lot of things about the meal and had to keep going back and asking, but at least he came back with the answers.

    Crave has become our go to restaurant! We enjoy trying new items. In the last couple of years we have discovered our favorites. First, salads are always top notch! Recently I ordered the Mediterranean chicken. It was okay but the chicken was bland. A little salt and pepper helped. My husband had the walleye and said it was delicious! We can’t get enough of the Fire Cracker Shrimp appetizer! We even discussed each having an order of the shrimp and a side salad. That will be our next visit, soon I hope!

    Crave is so wonderful. Food was delicious, well prepared, with fancy ingredients and creatively presented. Drinks were good. The table water is awful (tap water), though. I asked if there were other water options and we were able to get bottles of Sparkling Pellegrino and tall glasses of Acqua Panna, which I had not heard about before, but I am now an Acqua Panna fan for life. The green soup was VERY salty but had good flavor, according to my husband. Scallops and shrimp cooked to perfection. Sushi rolls were the best! The Frites were so good and tender. The lobster bisque soup was divine…so creamy and perfect flavor. The only con was our take out desserts were wrong. They must have given our dessert order to another table and we got theirs. Desserts were good but disappointed we didn’t get what we ordered. This has NEVER happened before for us at Crave. But they were swamped on New Year’s Eve So it’s understandable the mistake was when it was super busy. We will be back for sure. This was an honest mistake and can happen to anyone. My family had a wonderful time.

    We love this restaurant & stay at the attached Hilton & come for dinner every time we pass through Sioux City!

    Our server went above and beyond tonight. We asked for bread with our meal. Apparently in the entire restaurant there is no bread available, odd. The server asked the chef and returned with toasted dinner rolls to eat with our pasta. We appreciated her extra effort. Come on Crave, serve bread with dinner.
