The service was terrible! The waitress came to our table 3 times over the course of 30 minutes to confirm we ordered a pineapple mimosas, wasting time on our 90 minute bottomless brunch and wasting time to order our food. Later, when I asked about a dish on the menu, the waitress didn't know what any dish was and kept saying, "I don't know." How was that possible? After my friend and I ordered an entrée each, my friend's dish came out first. We waited for maybe about 5 minutes and my food still hasn't come out. My friend was worried his food was going to get cold, so we decided to cut his burger in half and we both ate it. 15-20 min later, my dish finally came out and my friend and I split it between us between us since we split the burger first. My friend's burger would've been ice cold if he waited until my dish came out. Why would they bring out our dishes so far part from each other?!?! Never going back!!

Atmosphere and views were aligned to rooftop bar expectations. Service and food was mediocre which was very disappointing. The server had to be reminded atleast 3 times that she had to serve us our drinks and dessert. She kept on forgetting about the order. This was the case was the guests next to our table as well.

The menu was so limited and plain. The server was not attentive, took about 30 minutes to get him to take our order and the place was not busy at all.

We had exceptional service at brunch, our server went above and beyond for my friend who doesn’t drink making special mocktails and gave us many recommendations while also being super personable! We enjoyed their salad full of fresh herbs and a nice vinaigrette, the sourdough with harissa and fried eggs (thick sourdough and spicy harissa- yum), and the pita egg sandwich (cheese in this is so good and has a fresh cucumber tomato salad all in warm pita). All were great options! The only reason I did a 4 for food is due to menu availability, we tried to order two dishes the kitchen wasn’t able to make the day we went. I think they’re transitioning into a brunch from a place that was utilized for nightlife as a rooftop in a boutique hotel but their food and service are both exceptional, they just need to work out product availability and prep. Menu is Mediterranean/Israeli/tapas so very fresh and some fun and unique flavors. I will happily return as they go through their growing pains due to our service alone!:) the mimosas were also really great, I enjoyed a passionfruit and a mango option.

I showed up for my reservation and walked into a construction zone. I drove 2 hours from another state to meet friends also from far away. Creatures was closed! No signage, no alerts. I received multiple confirmations of my reservation and nothing stated the place was CLOSED!!! This left us scrambling last minute during a busy holiday season. Very disappointed in the complete lack of consideration for customers.

We are open and heated to offer the most comfortable dining experience now. The restaurant was closed when we arrived . Apparently the restaurant is closed for a while but still active on open table.

Randomly found this place on google while we were on the high line and wanted to get a drink on a rooftop around sunset. Great music, variety of drinks and apps. Had a great time with great views.
