We're so fortunate to have Cubano's here. They make truly delicious and authentic Cuban food, and some of the plating is just beautiful. It's a very festive place and it's always fun to go there. Favorites are Lechon, Vaca Frita, Shrimp and Snapper. The Cuban chips and Arepitas are must haves. There are many other delicious choices that we try to get back fairly often to explore the menu.

Loved dinner at Cubanos in Bethesda. The guitarist brought a really nice authentic feel to the night. The food is wonderful. Our server José was terrific. The physical layout of the restaurant is warm. Highly recommend Cubanos!

I absolutely cannot believe that I have not been to Cubanos previously. It is a gem in Bethesda. My terrific server, Jose, said that the restaurant opened just prior to the pandemic in 2020. Now that I know about it, I so look forward to coming here for a number of meals. the ambience is warm and extremely pretty. The food variety is fantastic. I forgot to take pictures of the food, but you can come and judge for yourself.

Went for weekday lunch with a friend, so it was fairly quiet. Enjoyed the Varadero "bowl", which is a generous plate of fried snapper pieces and tostones (think Cuban latkes) surrounding a mound of yummy coconut rice. Also came with a dish of slaw, which we both found unremarkable. Service was just right, and the decor is delightful.

Mojito, Empanadas and sandwich were great. Shrimp dish was ok. Lively but not to loud to have a nice conversation. Friendly staff.

Amazing food!!! We ordered the oxtail and the vaca frita. Every bite was delicious and my mojito was perfect! We will be going here again soon!! Thank you so much!!

Appetizers (pork tacos, shrimp in garlic) were very good. Oxtail stew tender & delicious but Lechon roast pork was dry. Generous portions.
