Cuisine & Wine Bistro debuted in March 2015 when Fabrice and Mairead Buschtetz purchased the former MWC Bistro in Gilbert. Just a year later, CWB Chandler opened its doors. This move let Fabrice work his culinary magic in the kitchen, delighting the palates of the bistro's ever-expanding and loyal customer base. Cuisine & Wine Bistro proudly garners Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence for the consecutive years '21, '22, and '23. This prestigious accolade reflects our exceptional wine program, expertly curated by certified sommelier Killian Buschtetz.

    Nice restaurant. Great tasting Beef Wellington. They can make it rare, medium rare, or medium. We like it medium (just a little pink) and it was cooked perfectly.

    It was a very early dinner so maybe that's why it was so quiet but the Ambiance was great. The waitress was super sweet and knowledgeable. The main courses were amazing and the options were enough for me to want to come back to try more. I wasn't a big fan of the French onion soup. I want my cheese in the soup and lots of it, not on a piece of bread separately.

    First time there. The escargot was wonderful. Then we had baked Brie, fresh baguette and french onion soup. Our waiter figured we would be too full for an entree and he was right. We had 2 well recommended glasses of wine and finished with a great chocolate lava cake. We will return and try the Beef Wellington and some other items. They have a great wine list at all price points. The service was impeccable. It was worth the 27 mile drive.

    Excellent Valentines Dinner. Food is always superb. This is our favorite restaurant.

    The servers were so pleasant, helpful and fun! Everything was exactly as expected, beautifully presented and delicious. I don't think I've ever had such perfectly cooked asparagus at a restaurant.

    I have been here a few times for date night and I never have had a bad experience, the noise level is very minimal so the restaurant feels somewhat cozier. The food is phenomenal and the wine selection paired with a spectacular sommelier makes for a great night out!
