Welcome to Bricktown, OKC! Provision Concepts has partnered with James Beard nominated Chef James Fox, to create Culprits. Serving an incredible, globally inspired menu in the new Renaissance Hotel, along with mouth-watering sushi, steaks & seafood, you can also enjoy craft cocktails in a refined and elegant, yet comfortable atmosphere. We loved it. The service and food were great. Just a minor drawback is it being in a hotel made it feel less special for a date night. But it was great.

The service was really good. The server greeted us very quickly after we arrived and was attentive overall. We were there for breakfast, and it was just generally disappointing. There was nothing that was wrong, my food came just as ordered, it just wasn’t as good as I was expecting for a restaurant as beautiful as it was. It was very much a decent hotel breakfast, and paled in comparison to a relatively over saturated Oklahoma City breakfast scene. Kitchen 324, Sunnyside Diner, Hatch, even Seltzer (which is also a hotel restaurant in the Omni), blew this place out of the water. If I was being overly picky, which I am because my food was overall okay, my eggs were a little over-seasoned, the oil might have been a tad old for the hashbrown tumblers, and I’ve never really had an odd flat croissant before (that was also pretty dry). Overall, it was fine but I would choose a better option for a similar or cheaper price.

We went here for a date night and it was fine. Fairly expensive. We both ordered drinks, rolls to share and my husband ordered steak frites and I got the halibut piccata. Again, it was fine.

I came to celebrate my birthday dinner. After being seated by the hostess we waited a little over 10 minutes before being greeted by a waiter/waitress. Once we were finally greeted we were offered an apology. The manager then stopped by to apologize and offered a complimentary dessert. The food was fresh, hot and delicious (ordered the Phoenix shrimp app,Spanish Rotini & Steak w/Mac & Cheese). Despite the beginning starting off “rough” it was a pleasant experience and I’d return.

This place is amazing!!! I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We loved everything we ordered from the drinks to appetizers and entrees, I seriously can’t wait to come back. Service was quick and super helpful, our waitress was very sweet and attentive. See you tomorrow, it was that good. 👍

Some of the best food in OKC! Great service every time. One of my husband and my go-to date night restaurants when we want good food and cocktails in a relaxing environment that allows us to talk and reconnect after a long work week.

Service was good. Food was a little underwhelming. Asked for a Pittsburgh style steak, thick charred crust warm red/rare center. Got seared outside with a cold raw center. But the cut was good, the appetizer was fantastic, whipped goat.
