Welcome to Bricktown, OKC! Provision Concepts has partnered with James Beard nominated Chef James Fox, to create Culprits. Serving an incredible, globally inspired menu in the new Renaissance Hotel, along with mouth-watering sushi, steaks & seafood, you can also enjoy craft cocktails in a refined and elegant, yet comfortable atmosphere. Culprits features an exquisite wine list, Private Dining, and Patio seating. We are walking distance to the Canal and just minutes away from Scissortail Park, Paycom Arena and Bricktown Ballpark. Usually start with Flaming Scallops, Steak Tartare, Calamari, Crab Cakes or Tuna Tacos. Tonight we had the scallops and two glasses of sparkling rose. Next, the She Crab Soup and Chop Salad - always great. Finished with Ahi + Aji and the Marker Fish. One of the better fish entrees I’ve had in a while. Great spot in a busy hotel! Of course we’ll be back

We enjoyed our experience overall. The appetizers were our favorite part. The flaming scallops were good and beautifully presented. The crab cakes were good, and you got three of them, but they were bite sized, so very small. My steak was great, the chicken fried ribeye was also very good. The service was not top notch. It was a very pricey place and didn't seem to live up to the price point for the service received. The desserts fell short for us. The Whiskey cake was dry and like banana bread. The cookie was not the best we have ever had. The peanut butter pie was tasty.

Our server Crystal was attentive and kind! We ordered 3 appetizers and drinks. The flaming scallops were delicious! The bar glasses were not the most polished and the lighting was quit dark, but the energy was fun! One of the male hosts was also attentive and friendly. Overall, good experience!

We absolutely loved Culprits! Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and gave fantastic recommendations. The food was beautifully presented and packed with amazing flavors. The Flaming Scallops were unbeatable—hands down the best scallops I've had in OKC. Highly recommend dining here!

Great food and had a wonderful date night with my wife. We had made reservations, but was put in main seating near bar and was a bit loud for our liking, but overall great experience.

The first time I went, we had great service 10 out of 10. This second experience, our waitress was not very pleasant. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but we definitely did not appreciate her attitude. The food was great!

It was a great experience, the menu was very well organized and had a variety of food choices, the waitress we had was very polite and courteous as well.

We loved the Valentine’s Day menu and the “mystery wine selection” option. The ribeye and filet were perfect, along with the friendly and attentive service in a lively atmosphere. Looking forward to our next visit!
