This is a nice restaurant in City Center with average food and poor service. We had an early dinner reservation at 5:45. The restaurant not crowded, but once the waiter took our order, he disappeared. We had flag him for additional service and our check. The host did not record our checking in, after acknowledging our reservation This is the second time this has happened at this restaurant. We will not go back.

I’ve been here a couple other times and the foods been pretty tasty. I’m not sure what happened this time but the rice balls were hard and old, the calamari was good hard rubbery and the fried Bok choy was mush, the oysters were ok. This was a pretty off from other experiences.

Fantastic dinner with great service from Armon. The deviled eggs are the best I’ve had. Also got the guacamole (very fresh). Had a very quiet table by lots of windows for people watching the x-mas shoppers. Really good cocktail choices. For dinner, I always get the short ribs and risotto. Amazing. My wife got the steak frites and said it was cooked perfectly. They have fresh pies but we chose the crème’s brûlée and it was amazing. We split it but I may have to get my own next time. Parking in the adjacent garage is free and convenient.

Good and ambience was amazing, however our server stopped by at the beginning and then was MIA for almost an hour before us asking her if we could order our entrees. She was visibly more welcoming and interactive with other tables but presented somewhat disdainful toward us.

I hate that your visit with us was anything less than exceptional. We strive to continuously improve our guest experience and it sounds like we missed the mark with your experience. I assure you what you experienced on your visit is not our standard and I would be disappointed if that experience was the last way you got to remember us by. Our waitress was very helpful and friendly, she recommended some favorites and was able to give us a half and half carafe for our mimosas. My 1st course (elote -corn bread) was very tasty and my salad was delicious and a very good portion. Will definitely go back to try some of their other meals!
