Beautiful Modern Mediterranean restaurant by Chefs Laura and Sayat (Star Chefs and San Francisco Chronicle Rising Stars) at the Main Parade Lawn in the heart of the Presidio National Park. The restaurant's menus feature Presidio-inspired seasonal craft cocktails, a progressive wine menu, and a cuisine that balances the comfort of familiar Mediterranean flavors with California sensibilities.

In cohesion with the Presidio National Park, the design features soft, natural colors; repurposed furniture items from the Presidio; and a mural and a hand-drawn wall paper by Bay Area artist Emily Parkinson. Diners can enjoy a patio with a view of Alcatraz; an intimate private dining room; a lofty main dining room surrounded by windows on two sides; a cozy bar that is a local favorite; and an open-concept kitchen counter with counter seats and high tables.

Miscommunication with service started off experience on the wrong foot. They did try to make it better but the food was hit and miss with flavors.

Had seats at the bar, which was the most entertaining part of the meal, the mixologist was manning the most beautiful creations! Had a couple myself - very good! Breaking bread was delicious and hanger steak was perfectly executed! The beet salad was fresh and citrusy and a perfect side to our hanger steak! Overall, great food and friendly staff - looking forward to my next visit!

My waiter and the noise ruined my birthday dinner. He was not friendly at all with the personality of a wet rag. The volume in this place was so bad that I couldn’t hear my partner without having to lean forward to talk to him never being able to sit back and relax. The food was good but we were not wowed by anything. It’s very unfortunate as I had high hopes. Definitely won’t be back nor can I recommend.

Distinctive, delicious food and wine, outstanding service, and a great location. Celebrated our anniversary again this year at Dalida. Want to come back to try their brunch when we can. SF gem, one of the very best in the city.

When we arrived for our 5:45 reservation, we noticed that the dining room was already almost completely full. Nevertheless, staff greeted us warmly, and we were seated immediately. The ambience in the relatively informal dining room was very pleasant; the noise level between moderate and energetic. Although we are both older diners, we had no trouble hearing one another. We had the "Breaking Bread," which comes with several dips. This is a must as a starter. We also had the lamb chops and the Arayes Burger. Both are unique dishes, full of flavor. The service was excellent. We particularly appreciated the help from Gerald, the wine director. He went out of his way to help us find a red wine to pair with our meal. Don't hesitate to ask him for assistance. We were also pleased that Chef Sayat took time to stop by and chat.
