This unique evening marries the bounty of Nebraska’s spring ingredients with the deep-rooted traditions of Piedmontese cuisine, all paired with the exquisite wines of Cascina Adelaide—one of the Langhe region’s most innovative and historic wineries. Founded in 2000, Cascina Adelaide is a tribute to Amabile Drocco, who left a thriving mechanical career at age 60 to pursue his passion for viticulture. Today, his granddaughter Chiara, representing the winery’s third generation, brings fresh energy and respect for tradition, continuing the family’s dedication to crafting world-class wines. The estate’s 12 hectares of vineyards—including eight historic Barolo crus—produce wines that are a masterful balance of heritage and innovation. For $125 per person, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated menu that seamlessly blends Nebraska’s finest spring produce with Piedmontese flavors, creating an unforgettable culinary experience. Each course will be paired with Cascina Adelaide’s elegant wines, from the rare Nascetta white to the bold and expressive Nebbiolo-based reds.
