Unfortunately, we were double charged for food that was brought out incorrectly and the waiter rushed us to pay so I also paid a tip on top of the service fee that wasn't mentioned. Basically robbed and will never eat there again.

Took so long for the food and it was not busy. Food was terrible. Waitress did not explain the game card correctly and we were so confused. Good thing we checked the card before playing. We were not credited with the amount we paid for. Kids loved the expensive games but you should skip the food.

I get that it is a place for sports and fun, but when you cannot even hear the person next to you talking...the music is TOO LOUD. The servers say this is the corporate level. Corporate should listen to what people say when they are there. Or perhaps have a corporate meeting in the dining area and see how much gets done.

Food was bland and overpriced we felt. No hot sauce except one vinegar one. Tip was automatically included and we didn't realize until after we paid, not worth 20%. Server didn't say anything about it. Server was slower than normal, absent minded. Forgetting things. Didn't know or help with helping us split the bill. Some games were not working and we had to wait and try and wasted a lot of time.

They were out of several items. Had to ask for silverware and napkins. Server never prebussed our table after the apps or after dinner. We just had plates stacked on the table while the kids played. I expected more. It was our first time at this D&Bs and I’ll probably never go back.

Super slow service for not being very busy. “$5 bites” signs out are very misleading. Only valid late at night and not during happy hour. Bartender should have advised us when we ordered.

First time going. The employees are friendly. There’s a good mix of games. The food was so-so. Mac and cheese was cold when it hit the table and the boneless wings were barely sauced. Cocktails were actually better than most places. All in all a fun place for the family.
