Davis Street is home to Chef Holley’s iconic Southern cuisine, with Pan-Asian and Pan-American flair.     What a time! Enjoyed a meal Davis Street at Hermann Park. With my frat brother as guest Chef, Fitzgerald Dodd. The food was amazing, the portions were substantial and the cocktails were delicious. If you have a chance to try his food it’s a 10 out of 10. You won’t be disappointed! The blend of flavors and the combination of cultures in a culinary collaboration meant palate pleasing dishes. Nupe, you did your thing! The restaurant is beautiful and the staff was very attentive. This capped off a wonderful weekend!

    The atmosphere and the foods were delicious. Our server Tika was absolutely amazing. When you go, request her. I will absolutely be coming back. Thank you to the staff for such a wonderful experience.

    From start to finish, our dining experience at Davis Street was nothing short of exceptional. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for an evening of great food and great company. Every dish that graced our table was crafted to perfection. The drinks were expertly mixed, complementing the rich and flavorful appetizers. The biscuits were buttery and melt-in-your-mouth delicious, while the salads were fresh and perfectly balanced. When it came to the main course, the fried chicken and greens stole the show—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, dessert arrived. The coconut cake was simply amazing, the perfect sweet ending to an incredible meal. Service was impeccable throughout the meal. The wait staff was attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of, making us feel truly valued as guests. Our brunch concluded with a heartfelt birthday toast, a thoughtful touch that made the day even more memorable. Davis Street delivered a top-tier dining experience in every way, and we can’t wait to return!

    We NEVER go wrong eating at Davis St ft. Chef Mark Holley. Tonight was the "Mardi Gras Experience" and it did not disappoint! The Blackened Redfish & sides were beautifully presented but tasted even better than it looked. My husbands BBQ'd Shrimp and all that came with it, was completely devoured including total sopping of all semblance of gravy. Needless to say, he all but licked the plate clean! (hehe). Chef Holley and his exceptional crew ALWAYS make us feel welcome & special as he personally visits every table to make sure everyone enjoy their experience at Davis St just as we do. We truly appreciated this special dining experience...esp considering the cost was remarkable as well. Can't wait to experience the next 'Super" special Mark!!!

    The Thai snapper never disappoints! We live in Manvel and are happy to travel to Houston for what is , hands down, the best dish ever!

    Enjoyed Chef Evelyn Rock's Soul Food Dinner on this visit. Moist, tender & flavorful smothered pork chops in onion gravy. Fried Red Fish could have used a little more spice, but did have just the right amount of crispiness. ALL vegetable sides for the table were absolutely delicious. Cornbread Lagniappe complimented the tender greens perfectly. German Chocolate cake & Banana Pudding were luscious. Would return for a Chef Rock dinner @ Davis Street anytime.
