Everyday begins at Dawn and we invite you to begin yours with us! At Dawn A.M. Eatery we offer an array of southern inspired dishes, cocktails, and bakery items that will delight the senses. Our goal is to bridge generations through recipes in our vibrant yet comfortable space nestled in the historic Hyde Park Neighborhood. The environment is very welcoming and cozy. The food was delicious and our server was attentive and friendly. Definitely a spot to make a regular.

The smoked salmon deviled eggs were delicious and you can’t skip the homemade biscuit. Worth the extra calories!

The food was okay not worth the cost. Our waitress was good and the front maitre d was excellent, but the person who brought our food was terrible. May go again to see but not impressed

Bright, clean and inviting dining space. The food was excellent and in particular, salmon deviled eggs, gumbo and fried catfish.

I took my wife out for a Valentine's Day brunch. We got the biscuits for an appetizer, which were fantastic. For entrees, I got salmon croquettes and my wife got the gumbo skillet.The croquettes were pretty good, and we loved the gumbo skillet. We also got grits as a side, definitely recommended. To top it off, our server Zay was professional and attentive. Dawn is a must go for good food and great service. We can't wait to go back.

Food was fantastic. Ample portions I always have leftovers. Service exceptional. Jasmine has been my server in several occasions and is at the top of her game in terms of being courteous and attentive. Previously Roux was my fave in the neighborhood but now Dawn has become my go to spot for breakfast and brunch. Make reservations ahead of time they book quickly.
