Dead Centre is not a faceless corporation…milking the beer industry for all it’s worth. Instead, we’re a tight knit crew that relies on friends, family, colleagues and other breweries to create a product that we can truly be proud of.

Fresh, flavoursome and (wherever possibly) local ingredients are what give our beer it’s character. Cutting corners here is not an option at Dead Centre Brewing. We believe you get out what you put in…so only the best goes in.

    The dead centre restaurant is a lovely venue with beautiful views of the Shannon ...the food is excellent...the buttermilk goujons are to die for ...big portions also ..the wine is a bit expensive and can bring the bill up a bit too much ...but other than that I would highly recommend it ...I go there often 😊

    This was not my first time to eat here, I have never been so cold in a restaurant in my life. I had asked in advance when booking to be seated in a warm area. Despite the plethora of empty tables, we were given a choice between only 2..either in the pathway at the busiest point or directly opposite by the window. I would definitely only be in in one area of the restaurant next time and be dressed for outdoors.

    Food and service excellent as I have come to expect from Dead Center.....was seated up stairs this time. What a really nice space. I would recommend it as an option for a quiet meal / drink with lovely view of the river if you want an alternative evening out.

    Booked for 10 people for a work event. Food and staff were excellent. Pizzas are a must order! Our group all arrived at different times and staff came to our table several times to take drink orders for new arrivals. Very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back.

    Fantastic evening to ring in the new year for the 6pm countdown with our son, great idea from the crew at Dead Centre. Music, party hats, countdown, great food and drink. Will be making this an annual NYE event 🥳
