The Joseph's rooftop bar, Denim, features indoor or outdoor seating and Chef de Cuisine Shane Midnight's all-day menu, featuring shareable and craveable dishes, such as Crispy Glazed Pork Belly, Manchego-Herb Tater Tots, fresh salads, and crispy pizzas. Finish with seasonal treats from our award-winning pastry team, led by Abby Wells.

Stylishly designed with towering walls of salvaged denim, neon poetry, endless black marble, chic poolside cabanas, and a lush living green wall, Denim is a rooftop bar for locals and travelers looking to escape the usual and slip into comfortable luxury. Denim is open spring through fall.

This fall, cozy up 21 stories above the city in a private outdoor cabana for the evening, and gather around the fire for shareable bites, spirited pairings, and stunning views of Nashville at night. Perfect for two to six guests, your experience includes a melting pot of fondue with Emmentaler and Gruyère cheeses, along with Chef's curated assortment of accompaniments such as house-made focaccia, roasted cauliflower, cured meats, grilled beef tenderloin, and crudité. Fireside Fondue is $50 per guest. Optional tasting flights of whiskey are an additional $30-40 per guest. All pricing is exclusive of tax and gratuity. This experience is weather permitting.

We had a great time in Nashville, with one exception...our dinner at Denim. The restaurant was empty and yet the server was dismissive when they arrived at our table 10 minutes after we were seated. We ordered our dinner and still had not received any drinks. At 20 minutes we left. Terrible service!!!

The fondue experience was fun. The cheese was delicious. The group liked the special theme drink menu. Gracen did an excellent job serving us that evening and helped make it a great birthday.

The fire was not working, we were told the starter broke. Eventually, we were moved when our meal was almost done. Our new table the propane ran out so we left. It was our anniversary and the ambiance meant a lot to us. It was disappointing.

Overall it was just okay. It was definitely quiet and private. They didn’t know how to light their gas fire place. The fondue was good, but the whole experience seems overpriced for the amount of food you get. No drinks are included. The lemon meringue tart dessert was delicious though! I wouldn’t book it again.

Loved loved LOVED Denim. Definitely a hidden gem In Nashville. Perfect for a quiet luxury feel with a beautiful view of the sky. I will definitely be back to Nashville to enjoy this place again
