There was a bit of confusion and chaos between the front end and kitchen staff. Front end staff seemed overwhelmed with the amount of people. Along with ourselves, we kept on seeing various people following up on their stuff every so often. The manager in charge even reprimanded the staff a couple of times - both front and kitchen. Kitchen staff also looked chaotic. On our end, one of our milkshakes didn't arrive until after we all finished our meal and we were about to pay already. Same thing happened when we also ordered a follow up takeout meal & milkshake.

This branch is always full on weekends and service is quite slow, but tonight was smooth. Great service and good food. The southern fried chicken was freshly cooked and delicious.

Had our first date at Denny's a day after Valentine's Day, and it was special! The staff was wonderful and very attentive.
