   Food was cooked to a good standard, was tasty and arrived quickly. Portion sizes could have been bigger.

   Service and food were great! Restaurant was very quiet with only our table of 8 and two other tables of 4 present.

   Out with friends, didn't realise that it was a Turkish restaurant. Very pleased we stayed had a superb meal. Even a spot of belly dancing to round off the night.

   Our first time here, but certainly not the last. This was our first try with Turkish food, so we both had different dishes, from starters to pud and they were all excellent. Good quality ingredients, very well cooked and beautifully presented, in a very pleasant setting. would recommend to all.

   Much better food since last time we came, and the new owners have taken over. Nice choices on the menu other than steak, and very well presented. Will definitely come back again

   Sunday Roast was delicious and plenty of room. Large portions too. Well worth a visit.

   I rarely write reviews but would like to commend the new owners of the Derby for preparing excellent food and providing very friendly service. This was a great meal for my family and I would like to give this place my top recommendation. Great food, great service. I am a businessman who travels the world and eats out all the time and I must say this is one of the finest places I have eaten anywhere. Top marks and this is a 100% honest review (and the only review I have recently written). Give this place a try, you will love it.!!

    Thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the Derby Inn on our first ever visit. The steaks were the best I have ever had our. Both were cooked perfectly and the meal was very well presented. We went on a Wednesday night and it was relatively quiet but there is a nice, relaxed ambience about the place. We will definitely go back and have recommended the restaurant to many of our friends. 👍👍👍
