Dersou is a tribute to Akira Kurosawa's film "Dersu Uzala," which tells the unbreakable friendship between a Russian explorer and an elderly Mongolian hunter in the harsh landscapes of the Siberian taiga. Here, the restaurant offers a unique fusion of dishes and cocktails, akin to explorers and flavor hunters, and the menu is here to prove it. The tasting menus include dishes that can be paired with an equal number of cocktails. As for the decor, it's rustic and rugged: weathered walls, raw concrete floors, matte wooden tables, and mismatched plates.
