   It was such a great place for a first date. Nice ambiance and atmosphere. My date and I had such a great time there.

   We had a reservation but decided to sit at the bar instead once we got there. Food and drinks were fantastic, service was great. All the bartenders are friendly and energetic. It can get a little loud in there, but still a nice atmosphere.

   Great food and service. We got the Doppio Zero pizza, polpettine, and the bistecca all were amazing.

   I love this place. Great cocktails and excellent food. The chef and staff take pride in their food and their service! I had a wonderful birthday celebration there this evening. HIGHLY RECOMMEND: The porcetta truffle mushroom pizza and their cioccolato dessert!!!

   This was my second time at a Doppio Zero restaurant. It was just as good as my experience in Mountain View. So you have consistency between locations, which is good. The food was delicious and fresh. The servers were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We had a lovely birthday luncheon experience.

   The service was not good. Our waiter took our order and never came back to the table to ask for refills or to ask how our food was. The pizza was ok. Very soggy in the middle of the pizza. It was impossible to pick it up. You had to eat it with a fork and knife. I’ve heard great things about this restaurant and was very hopeful. However, for our first experience it was not good and we will not return.

   Nice greeting at the door, Friendly bartenders, excellent food. Service was a little slow. Never refilled water bottle. The noise level is festive but could still have a conversation at our table.

    We ordered the marechiaro (squid ink pasta) and the marinara del re pizza. The pasta was perfect and we definitely recommend it. The pizza was good but a bit soggier than we’d like. The anchovy made it somewhat saltier as well. When we were there, the restaurant was almost full and quite loud. I checked my apple watch and the noise was at around 80dB. Due to the noise level, it’s not so comfortable and we will hesitate to go back again. We might try again when it’s not so full.
