Alfred's is a pop-up restaurant brought to you by Dose Coffee. Our aim is to provide exceptional hospitality, service, food and drinks in a casual, fun and intimate atmosphere. Alfred's is a place to come as you are and enjoy everything from a glass of wine & homemade focaccia to a multi-course dinner with family & friends.

The kitchen is led by Head Chef's Ivan Blackwell and Brad Johnston with a focus on Italian inspired cuisine that's designed to be shared. However, we also won't mind if you'd just like to enjoy a bowl of gnocchi all to yourself! The bar is led by founder, John Pierce, who has carefully curated a list of old world wines alongside classic cocktails with a twist.

We are a small and intimate restaurant so large dining tables are limited to 6 people.

Alfred's is the place that we wanted to go to but it didn't exist; so we've created it. Enjoy.

A complimentary glass of bubbles will be offered to guests (of legal drinking age) on arrival and our regular a la carte menu will be available all evening which is perfect for sharing with family and friends! What a fabulously, delicious night! Buonissimo! The plates were simply sumptuous, the service was lovely, attentive and friendly. All and all we felt like we had come to our favourite local hole in the wall Italian for a great night out on our 29th wedding anniversary! Special thanks for the glass of bubbles, Alfred’s. We can’t recommend highly enough. Book a reservation Now Revelstoke!

We ordered almost every dish on the menu to share at our table and every single dish was delicious! Highly recommend!!

Amazingly delicious food all around, the gnocchi was like tasty clouds and the squash was perfectly cooked and all ingredients were tasty and felt nutritious and fresh. The ambiance was simplistic but tasteful, we had a wonderful time with friends over great food and wonderful service. We will be back soon!! Thanks to the staff and owners, who have really pulled something special off once again!

We had an absolutely incredible meal at Alfred’s. I booked it for my hubby’s birthday and we were not disappointed! The food and the service are both excellent. Alfred’s , we have been waiting for a restaurant like you in Revy! The small intimate space and the ambiance make it a pleasure to eat at Alfred‘s. Welcome to the Revy community! We will be back

Every dish we ordered was amazing! The service was friendly and the atmosphere was great. We can’t wait to go back. Would highly recommend.

Alfred’s is an amazing addition to the Revelstoke food scene - elevated food in a chill atmosphere. They have attentive staff, delicious food, and a great drink menu. Overall, my meal had unique and thoughtful flavour combinations resulting in a a special culinary experience. Some of the best gnocchi I’ve ever had! I already made another reservation to take family that is visiting from out of town.
