    It was ok, food was a bit cold, desert was stale. Service wasn’t great.

    Food options were limited but very well presented and of a good standard. Waiting staff were courteous and helpful. Whilst our food took longer than expected the delay was already pleasant with upbeat house music vibes from the inhouse DJ. A surprise 50% February dining discount made our meal exceptional value. I would recommend the Chilli Honey Halloumi and the Chicken Bites starters together without hesitation. (Ask for extra honey sauce to dip).

    the restaurant was excellent and I will return but the whole place on the day was very quiet and a bit more activity would have made all the difference. Really helpful and pleasant staff. Food was tasty and good but presentation a bit basic

    Could not have been more disappointed with our visit today. First of all, we called ahead as we were running late, to be told that we didn’t have a booking at all…the lady then said she was wrong and she would see us soon. On arrival and throughout, the staff looked like they would rather be anywhere else - lack of manners or any kind of enthusiasm made the atmosphere unwelcoming. Our starters were fine, but overpriced for what they were. Our roast dinners were both good portion sizes, however the food was dry and lacked any real flavour. The Yorkshire pudding in particular seemed as if it had been sat around all day. During both courses no one checked to see if everything was ok, nor did this happen when we paid the bill, which included a service charge that was not warranted.

    It was really cold; service was slow; the servers were not very polite, and the food wasn't great.

    Booked a reservation 2 weeks in advance for the restaurant only to be seated in the communal area where it was cold. We asked why and said it was full. The first waitress was not interested and not full of Friday vibes. Food was good and great value with the 50% off in January. Would not rush back.

    We had a lovely time at Ducie Street Warehouse. The staff were very attentive and the ambience was perfect. We loved the loaded fries but were both slightly disappointed with the beef burger. Will definitely be back regardless!

    The croquettes were great but everything else was below average. The fries had a very strange taste. I would have been especially disappointed had we not had the January discount. Our sever was very nice but the three people we interacted with before him were not welcoming and sadly despite noting we were everting a 19th birthday on the booking it was completely ignored.

    The restaurant is gorgeous and the staff were really lovely, however it was quite disappointing to have a lot of the menu unavailable to us, and we would have had more drinks if we had the opportunity to order more. I would probably go again, but not for dinner or for a special occasion.

    After having a pleasant dining experience here in 2022, we thought to return and take our friends who were visiting the city to DSW for dinner. We left embarrassed and it was arguably my worst dining experience in Manchester after living in the city for 5 years. Where to even begin ? By 8pm they had told us that there was no pizza dough left and we had to change our meal plans. We ordered sourdough and balsamic and they bought out basically a burnt hovis loaf. How any respectable restaurant brings this out under the name of sourdough is shocking. The caesar salad main was another laughable meal, missing key ingredients and was at the same level ( if not worse ) than a supermarket caesar salad packet . The staff were unwelcoming and uninterested, and just an overall unpleasant experience.
