    Hosting was warm, service was really good and professional, the staff handled the order taking and delivery of food in a highly courteous and professional manner, which elevated our experience and made the evening much more enjoyable , not having to ask for ‘this’ and ‘that’, very warm and friendly folks , manager was very approachable and supportive when one of the main dishes was not acceptable, a little disappointment that there was no selection of after dinner coffees to accompany desserts, that’s a point of improvement if the my wish to enhance the customer experience, overall a great visit .

    I wished the experience could have been more kid friendly. We had requested in advance a booster seat or high chair and a table that could accommodate space for a baby car seat. The circle booth would have been great had not been such a tight squeeze. The only booster seat was a super awkward one that screwed to the table (if we knew we would have brought our own). Because the booth was so tight, car seat couldn't even sit on the seat with us and baby had to sit on the floor where the waitress would stand. When my 3yo ordered a drink, it came in a glass (plastic option would be appreciated). We brought our own cup so it was fine. Kind of gross for the changing table to be inside the stall right beside a flushing toilet. And soap could not be reached by my toddler (or I assume anyone in a wheelchair?) Waitress was inattentive despite the slow service restaurant and did not offer to refill drinks throughout the evening. Food was all excellent.

    Our server Alison was amazing!! I had the steak frites and it was cooked perfect. The food and service are consistently so good at this location.

    My friend and I went there for her birthday. The service was amazing from the time we got there, to the time we left!!The food is always very good. The ribs with warm potato salad are my favourite. Delicious as always! Thanks for a wonderful evening <3

    Restaurant not busy. Waitress barely came by. Forgot multiple drinks. Forgot appetizers and brought them with main course. Food arrived cold. Saw waitress hanging out with staff in kitchen for long periods of time rather than walking the floor. I had to go to kitchen for a refill of wine for my wife. Didn’t take away plates and menus as she visited. Also thought some type of considerations should have been offered because appetizers didn’t come early. Had same waitress in past with similar results. Same experience. Gave benefit of doubt the first time because we all have off days but this wasn’t a fluke.

    Credit to our hostess Jess, who has some of us seated early and then went to find our server since we were waiting for a bit at the table; Jess also brought us waters which was not her job. Evidently that she paid attention to the notes in our reservation request, seating us in a side alcove and booth. Much appreciated, Jess. Our server Abbey was efficient and the drinks and the appetizers then the meal followed by dessert and then coffee/tea was at the table in succession. Would recommend.
