    Horribly slow service. Missed my family’s next event. Food was fine. Not worth the poor service. There are much better quality restaurants in the area.

    We have been there 3 times and this was the first time we’ve ever had a problem. Our food took so long we ended up leaving because we needed to be somewhere. Paid for our drinks and appetizers and then left. We were waiting for more that 45 minutes for our food.

    We had an amazing time celebrating my husband's birthday. Our group of nine sat in the bar area, and the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Quinn, the hostess, was a lifesaver—she helped me sort out a reservation mix-up I had made online, ensuring everything went smoothly. The food was outstanding, and everyone agreed that the sushi roll was a standout—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly crafted. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great food, top-notch service, and a fantastic setting. We'll definitely be back!

    Longer wait than I expected, even with reservation. One of our drinks came in a glass with a very obvious chip in the rim

    Reserved a party of 3 in the dining room and was seated there when I arrived. I ordered a drink and after a few minutes of waiting for the rest of my party to arrive I was asked to move! Apparently they’d already seated my other guests in the lounge area at a high top completely across the other side of the restaurant. The lounge was loud and cramped and it was not in the dining room as requested. They claimed there was a mix up in seating, but there seemed to be plenty of seats in the restaurant. Extremely disappointed with their service.

    Too loud. Took 1/2 hour to get a soda for my wife. Burger was $19.75, but was worth maybe $12. Men's room was not in good shape. Paper towels overflowing the waste can. No locks on stall doors. Probably a good hangout if you are 25.

    Great ambiance. Very busy. Good was very good and so were the drinks. The place was packed and the noise level gets high.

    This is one place we like going to in Bellevue. Unfortunately, it fell short this time. This was for a birthday. They were out of sushi, so we had to order other items...which was fine, just a bit disappointing. Since we spent a significant amount of money for only four people, it was irritating that we were charged for incorrect drinks delivered to our table, even after informing our server of the mistake. The restaurant should not have charged us for this mistake, leaving a bad taste in my guests' mouths.

    We go here a lot, but today fell short. The waiter spilled a beer all over 2 people at our table. Out of key menu items, also out of some of the wines. Service was overall slow and he also forgot items we ordered. When they came to deliver the items at the table, they had no clue which steak was cooked which way...
