    Great family dinner. Salt & Pepper wings (best in town); couple of steaks - perfectly cooked. Couple of chicken dishes - excellent! Cheese burger - yum! Best of all, the service from our waitress, Sophie! An absolute gem!

    We booked to celebrate a milestone birthday. Service and food started out good however quickly dropped off. I understand the pace of restaurant work is busy on a Saturday evening, but do expect basic restaurant protocols at a chain restaurant. Our food was not cleared after asking twice over a 20 minute period, with dessert being served without clearing dinner plates. And yes the server saw the plates, put down the dessert and still didn’t clear the dinner food. This doesn’t demonstrate respect for customers actually trying to celebrate a birthday at all. When we spoke with the server upon paying the response was “my bad”. We still tipped out of basic decency for everyone else working in the restaurant. Ultimately the vibe was churn out to fill more tables. This is noted. There’s plenty of restaurants in this category when choosing where to go in the future.

    A group of us stopped in for snacks and a cocktail before heading out to a show at the Commodore ballroom. It was absolutely fabulous. Highly recommend! We had beef sliders, California roll, chicken, lettuce, wraps… And of course, truffle fries.

    The food was great. Really tasty. You know what you are going to get with Earls. The service was fantastic. I don't remember the ladies name but 5 stars for her.

    Excellent from start to finish. Great food and service. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Excellent treatment by our server Riley. A great dessert and champagne too! Thanks everyone for making our day so special!

    Food and service were excellent. We hadn’t been to Earls for a while and were very happy to find it’s as good as we remember it being, if not better.

    We went to Earls Fir street for my son’s birthday and valentine’s day. It has been awhile since I was at this location and we were lucky enough to be seated in the solarium, which was lovely and quiet. Unfortunately the food left a little to be desired. I had the Santa Fe Chicken salad. It used to be so amazing, but this was sub-par in my opinion. I’m not a fan of the lettuce used and there was barely any of the dates, corn and crispy topping. There was a large piece of chicken which was tasty. The dressing wasn’t nearly as delicious as what it used to be either. My son ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and found it boring compared to previous visits. It used to be his favorite!. The clam chowder ordered by another party was amazing though. The service was great and the manager did say he would make sure my salad was much better if I were to come back and get it again. I wouldn’t get it again! I rarely complain about my meals but for the prices they are charging these days, it was disappointing.
