    Renee was amazing!!! The best server, seriously. We didn’t all to move but fyi that the seats by the window are QUITE cold.

    Had a wonderful dinner at Earls Square One. Shanice was our server and she was delightful and made amazing recommendations. We made it in time for Happy Hour and had the spicy tuna tacos to start and the sesame citrus noodle bowl with chicken for our mains. The zero proof picante margarita was delish. Highly recommend Shanice and Earls Square One!

    Our food was served 1.5 hours we arrived. We were a table of 7 and our meals came at all different times (some were done their dinner before others got their meal). Our orders weren’t sent to the kitchen. It was a busy night, Our server didn’t check back with us, we sat with no drinks. The manager did apologize and offered us fries and salad to tie us over until our dinner arrived, we had to ask for some type of compensation for the poor service and food not arriving, she ended up compensating all of our meals which was the right thing to do. Need to be better staffed. Will not return to this location

    Understaffed on wednesday night. Server was sweet but her section was too big we were looking for her all the time. Didn't see any value

    Love going to Earls! However, did have to wait longer than usual to get the food although it was not crowded. Overall a great experience and the noise levels are quite balanced.

    Had such a lovely happy hour lunch with the girlies. I introduced them to the happy hour wagyu oshi press and they absolutely loved it! 10/10 recommend the red sangria
