Our poor waitress. She was obviously overwhelmed, constantly apologizing about how the kitchen was running behind. We had made reservations (obviously) and felt like we had walked into a war zone. We arrived with 1.5 hours to eat ahead of when we had to leave to make it to a show we had tickets for. Our group of 5 let her know upon arrival. She was dubious that she could make it happen. We had great empathy for our server, but it just got worse. The food came out wrong - twice. Some of it was hot, some of it was cold. We waited 20 minutes for butter to accompany our bread. For a $200 meal the only reason I tipped was because I felt bad for the waitress. East Side Marios won't get another dime out of me.

Took a long time to get food and it looked like it was standing under a heating lamp for an hour…not fresh.

I made reservations 2 days prior and still end up waiting at the door for almost 20 minutes. The line to be seated was so long it was leading out the front door. Staff just kept walking past us. Then we were brought to a dirty table had to wait even longer to sit down. When we did get service, it was pleasant, but I had to go out of my way to ask different people for things. I think the place was severely understaffed or everybody was very slow.

Our server was fantastic! He really made our evening. The noise level was high, would be nice if it was lower.

The waitress seemed very overwhelmed and kept forgetting things we asked for and orded. Maybe large parties need a helper.

The place was about half full (maybe less) but it still took 5+ minutes for someone to greet us at the door, (along with about another 10 people waiting backing out the door), to seat us. The wait staff took almost 15 mins after seating asking for drink order. It was almost 30 mins at this point before we even got an order in. We actually received the email from OpenTable asking for feedback of restaurant before we even had food on the table. The food was OK. You can tell that some of it was previously frozen by the texture but still not bad. That being said, I could get much better food for a $28+tax plate. Overall disappointing.

Was in middle between bar and bench seating. Narrow and cold draft everytime door opened. Good food and service.

We were a party of 30 during a snow storm and the staff was very nice. It would have been nice to have an additional server but perhaps someone didn't make it in due to the storm. The food was great but the restaurant needed a good cleaning...bathrooms included. This was the most casual staff I have seen, with the exception of our server, everyone else dressed likely customers so it was tough asking for additional service.
