   This was my first visit to “new” Eastern Standard. Really enjoyed it and our server was awesome.

   A cocktail and glass of wine ordered to start. Wine came promptly but my Bloody Mary sat at the bar or waitress forgot. Had to ask to check on it. Wine pours are super skimpy comparatively. Food was good, great burratta. Value is mediocre which surprised us.

   Great Easter brunch before the Sox game. Staff was friendly & attentive. Food was delicious & despite the restaurant being full & busy, you could still easily carry on a conversation.

   The seafood tower was incredibly fresh and delicious - packed with seafood and plenty of lemons. The Caesar salad was delicious. Mussels were great. Steak bevette and frites - excellent. Good wine selection and cocktail menu. Eat outside and overlook Fenway. Great night!

   We selected a patio table both because it was a beautiful evening and in hopes of a quieter meal than we have had previously in the noisy dining room. Unfortunately, the sounds made by a rather boisterous table next to us were reflected off of the patio cover. I think it was louder than our previous experiences in the dining room. It is too bad that the restaurant chose such a hard material for the patio cover.

   As always a delightful time at Eastern Standard. Server allowed us to make a few adjustments to menu items. Had a great time, and will return often.

   Only things I would change are to bring the lights up some (was v hard to see food) and crisp the chicken skin a lil more on the dish, or perhaps order mango chutney for the side of that was what caused the softening.

   Came for steak frites night special. Disappointing experience. Food mediocre. Steak overcooked. Dry. Music throwback to the 50s and 60s and not in a good way.

    We were seated in a quieter section about my request, and the ambiance was perfect. Pablo waited on us, and he was engaging and conversational, acknowledging a special occasion with my daughter and me. He and his team were detail-oriented and kept our table neat and organized while bringing food to us in a timely way. The food was outstanding! We will definitely go here again!
