It was fine. The beignets were good. The rest of the food was slightly above average. I had higher expectations.

Reservation for 5 for a business lunch. Sat with only water for 30 minutes, and then was told there was a hold on sending any more food orders to the kitchen. They were very busy with a convention right down the street, and the manager obviously dropped the ball with scheduling enough people. I felt bad for the people working, they were trying their best and were visibly overwhelmed and overworked. 2nd reservation of the day by the way. Breakfast of 7 was fine, but took way too long to get our food - again clearly understaffed.

Service was very poor; also, it’s very strange that this restaurant stops serving “brunch” at 11am.

The restaurant was empty. We sat at the bar got great service from our bartender. She was very knowledgeable and bourbons and craft cocktails. Food was good. Just not the vibe we had hoped for. We try again because our bartender was excellent.

The French onion soup and avocado toast were so good. The new server, Jonathan, was very attentive and eager to please.

Worst experience ever. 2 hours seated at table and never even got our ordered appetizers, let alone mains. Two tables next to us were the same and all three tables walked out. At least two tables that got there after us were served their food. Asked to speak to the manager who never came over. Will never go here again.

I made reservations for 2 for weekday brunch. The restaurant was empty it took nearly 10mins to be greeted and seated. The wait for our food was extremely long. We ordered the chicken and waffles and it looked nothing close to the food images on the website. The food it came out lukewarm and didn't seem fresh like it had been re-warmed in the microwave for too long. Hopefully the service and food is better on the weekend during busy times but I'm not willing to try again.

The service was terrible. We had a reservation for brunch it was 10 minutes before we got seated and a server came by our table. 45 minutes after we placed our order our server had never returned to our table, and we had not got our drinks, much less our food. My sister went to the bar to ask about our drinks, and the bartender was unconcerned. I spoke to the manager who was nice, but also had no sense of urgency. I found our server and asked if she could let us know when our food would be ready. She was unresponsive and unapologetic. After being at the restaurant for nearly an hour without our waitress coming to our table and without receiving our food, we spoke to two servers who were understanding and told them we were leaving. At least 5 other tables left while we were there.
