    Casual ambience. Missing small details to take it from good to great. Lighting is bright and lacks ambiance for evening dining. Service is good but lacks finesse. Wine bottle was not presented or tasting offered upon opening. Dessert/coffee was not offered in a timely manner. Pizza crust was too thin in the centre. This place is suited for lunch and more casual dinners.

    Experience was great! I appreciated being able to request our reservation time to be earlier via the message feature on OpenTable. They were able to accomodate. Our server Masi, was amazing too!!!

    The food was outstanding, and so was our server, Paula. She was so sweet and full of great suggestions. 100% will be back.

    We have enjoyed Eataly Don Mills now 5 times in the last 3 months. 4 dinners and one lunch. We are always hesitant to review but we can greatly recommend Don Mills Eataly as being REALLY GOOD. Reservations are easy through OpenTable and they are PRECISE with times so despite line ups we get in exactly as planned which is much appreciated. There is lots of easy free parking in the garage which feels safe and is well lighted. All that is good but the real test is the food. We have had pasta (amazing) and meatballs (finally a place gets them right). The true enjoyment for us is the pizzas. We have tried four types and had each multiple times and the crust and quality of toppings gets us coming back. We hate overcooked and burnt crust of so many other experts but Eataly is consistent and worth the visit every time. We have travelled all across the city for simple pizza and so happy we have now found the place that can satisfy our cravings with EXCELLENT pizza crust. service has been great. The whole team is friendly and efficient. Every time we visit it is busy and the team manages well. Professional and friendly and great service has been the standard received from all but last night was truly outstanding. Our server Masih was not only professional and efficient but really genuine and honest and was able to genuinely connect with us and took our amazing meal up a level to a new heightened level of both food and service excellence. His efforts are making us want to return very soon for excellent food and his happy friendly and enjoyable service. Well done Eataly and Masih.

    This was a very good dinner, made even more enjoyable by our exuberant and attentive waiter, Masih. Kale has never tasted so good.

    The waitress was trying to my kick my party out after and hour and a half of dining. We were told that is industry standard time for seating. For these reasons, I won’t be going back to Eataly; because, when I go to other restaurants such as Mezes , my party does not get asked to leave at the 1 and a half hour mark. I don’t expect to stay all night at Eataly. I just wanted to take my time. It’s only fair to the consumer.

    We ordered the featured 2 course meal for that night, but it was not what we expected. We've been there before and the food was good and the servers are nice but this time its not. We didnt even finish our food.

    Cold and drafty. food overpriced. pasta good but not as expected. food wasn’t hot (bowl was) and light on sauce

    We typically love dining at your restaurant, but today, the service was terrible, and the food was lacklustre, which is not what we have come to enjoy at EATALY. Not sure we will be back to the Don Mills location.
