    Had to ask for everything. Waited a long time for food with no explanation or apology.

    Great experience. We went here on the 15th for our valentines dinner and loved it. Service was super friendly and personable. We had a little mixup where we’d ordered Mac & Cheese and Pork Belly to come out as an appetizer and mashed potatoes to come out with our entree but the first 2 never came. They noticed it as our entree was coming out and told us there was a mistake but they’d bring us the Mac & Cheese and Pork Belly fresh but that there’d be no charge. I never mind mistakes as long as they care to take reasonable action to fix it, which they absolutely did. My wife and I split the Tomahawk which was amazing. All the food was great. Will definitely come back.

    Extremely loud restaurant with a very open floor plan and tables scattered throughout- reminds me of a cafeteria or food court. The food was just ok… nothing special and nothing worth coming back to, especially for the price. They were even out of mac n cheese as a side, so we had to substitute it for something else. The fish we ordered came out at room temperature and had to be sent back. The cocktails tasted like they were pre-made, not made fresh at the bar. Overall for the price of everything, we wouldn’t ever come back. We expected a lot more after a $200 dinner for two.

    Service was excellent, and restaurant was really nice. But the food left more to be desired. Didn’t have what I wanted. Food was cold as well.

    The food was good. They steaks were perfectly done, my gluten-free side option steamed spinach was very salty. The Kennewick fries were ok, nothing special. The winter squash was ok. Apple dessert delicious turtle sundae ok. We sat in what used to be the butcher shop. It felt like an afterthought area, cold and uninviting. It was quiet in that area but the main restaurant was very loud. The manager came over before and after our meal, he was very nice and even called us by name, which was very nice. We were hoping to find our new favorite steakhouse, but probably not.

    Waited 25 minutes with empty tables before we got seated with reservations. Front staff too young or have no knowledge of how to treat customers.

    We love the food at E&R! Perfectly cooked proteins and the best side dishes, each one is among the best you’ll taste anywhere! I had the filet with broccolini, heirloom carrots, and cheesy garlic mash. Delicious! We shared the rocky road dessert which was outstanding! Very nice date night meal. Highly recommend!

    When we got there, it was great. They sat us down, and then it wasn't. First we were sat in the sun and it was blinding. We asked for another table and the table was very wobbly. They fixed it. Then nobody, just the water guy, came to our table for 15 minutes. I had to go ask someone if we had a server. When we finally got one, he was great. Jason. My steak was awesome, filet tenderloin. My husband's, not so much. He had the rib cap. It was gristly. He was a little disappointed. He said mine was better. So .. that was our experience.
