   We were seated next to a table with a couple of families. They were very loud and were all over the place. So glad when they finally left. Our waiter seemed very overwhelmed. We had to stop him to get our checks and then to get him to come get our payments. But the food was very good.

   We had a great time at Echo! The prefix menu was awesome. There were 4 courses and each one was better than the previous one. My cheers to the chef! The cost of $65.00/person was well worth it. We were not rushed at all…and the restaurant was to full capacity at all times. Would definitely recommend!

   Where to start? First, we were greeted warmly and seated in a lovely room where the bar is near a cozy fireplace. Our server was prompt and friendly. But the food! The Rigatoni Bolognese was the best my husband had ever had. The portion was large and he couldn't finish it. I had the Braised Short Ribs with garlic mashed, baby carrots and mushrooms. So tender and delicious. Would definitely go here again.

   Delicious food in a warm and cozy rustic setting. Impeccable service. Had the very tasty and very large Chop Chop (chopped) salad chock full of cucumbers, crazing, slivered almond, cherry tomatoes and Gorgonzola with a delicious dressing. Followed that with the awesome Echo Nachos with their homemade queso. Very generous serving with toppings all the way through the huge pile of tortilla chips. Scott was a fantastic server.

   Overall just ok. Reservation for 615, got our food at 655. Salmon on my salad was tepid I'm temperature at best. Not sure the meal was worth $100 for a family of four. Waiter was very nice. Won't go back anytime soon.

   First time dining here. We were very impressed with the entire experience. Greeted immediately as we entered and seated right away. Our waitress was excellent. Everyone in our party enjoyed their dinner choices and cocktails. Definitely going back soon.

   We had eaten lunch there before and it was good. Will not be back for dinner. Food was okay but nothing great. We were a party of four. One of our guests received raw fish in a fish and chips dinner. They took it off the bill and brought a new one. Unfortunately, it took so long to get a new one that the rest of us had finished our dinners before they got cold. The fish this time arrived extremely over cooked and dry. They had no espresso or cappuccino. How does that happen. I would suggest lunch burgers but not dinner

    This was our second visit to Echo & it did not disappoint! We always sit at the bar & meet the nicest friendliness people. The bartender, Brianna is outstanding☘️😎☘️
