Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

One of the best experiences I’ve had in the last year. Wonderful hostess, excellent server, Damian, the food was exquisite. Even the drinks were exceptional. Cannot say enough great things about Eddie V’s.

I have to say that everything was wonderful. We started sitting at the bar for drinks. Cosmo was yum and my husband enjoyed his glass of Pinot. They have live music in the lounge where the bar is located. We were then escorted to a lovely booth and welcomed with a note wishing me happy birthday. The waiter came over and brought champagne. We ordered a lettuce wedge, a rib eye steak, 2 shrimp stuffed with crabmeat and a plain baked potato. The steak was the best ever. Definitely over ordered but everything was delish including the dessert they brought for my birthday. We will definitely be back and try the happy hour food! The staff is amazing and I have to say even the manager stopped by twice to see if everything was ok. Perfect evening dinner.

Party of 5, great dinner in the lounge. Same excellent food and service. Don’t worry about the live music in the lounge area as it is pleasant and we had no difficulty with table conversation. Eddie V’s is not inexpensive but if you have ever said “I don’t mind paying extra if the food and service are excellent”, this is your place.

First time dining at Eddie V. Was recommended by a friend. So happy to have dined there as it was exceptional. As first time diners they really made us feel special. We will definitely be back

From The minute we walked in and we were greeted, it was outstanding. We were celebrating my husbands birthday, and we were 4 guests. They had a nice card on the table, and brought over complementary champagne to make a toast. The service was above and beyond. Everyone made us feel like we were VIP guests!! John was our server, and we will definitely request him again. Then the manager Sashie came over to say hello. The food was outstanding, and nice size portions, and presentations. The crab friend rice is a must. The presentation of the bananas foster was awesome, and absolutely delicious. The whole experience was amazing, and we highly recommend this restaurant!!

This is an excellent restaurant and one of the best in Boca Raton Our dinner including steaks d fish was perfectly prepared, the service just right and the ambiance lively There was a live pianist not too loud and quite good Restaurant a wonderful experience and highly recommend , ,
