Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    Calamari was excellent! 2 guests thought their steaks were average so we were surprised. Service and atmosphere were excellent. We were a table of 6 in a round booth and could converse easily even though the restaurant had entertainment playing. That’s a plus!

    Excellent food, ambiance and service. I had never tried this restaurant before because of the over abundance of steak restaurants in the Boca area and figured it would be like the rest. I would say Eddie Vs is better. The food is more creative and the room has a lovely ambiance. It doesn’t feel like a corporate meeting place like so many steakhouses nor is it noisy like some other “meet markets” in the area. Definitely great for a special occasion.

    We were seated outside which we requested to avoid the noise level inside. There is literally no atmosphere outside. Thought to decor was minimal. The main dish came too quickly as one of our guests had not yet finished his appetiser however he enjoyed the food. My dad and I ordered shrimp to share plus 2 extra and the dinner was oddly served in 3 separate portions on small plates. The sides, lobster mash and Brussels sprouts were very good. The manager couldn’t do enough. If it wasn’t for Kelly we may not have returned. She was 💯 professional and very tolerant about our complaints. Thank you Kelly for making our evening such a pleasurable experience in the end.

    Consistently good service and great food. Jazz trio by the bar instead of awful wedding singers like other places have. A local gem IMHO
