Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. Steaks were not prepared correctly. I was not in the mood to send them back. Service was great. A little disappointed that they started packing up the bar when there was still customers enjoying the evening. I understand it was a Tuesday but it was 9:20.

We had a wonderful evening. The service, cocktails, and food were all excellent. The ambiance was lovely (super talented 3 man band). Can’t wait to go back.

Eddie V's has simply become one of our favorite restaurants. From the service to the ambience to the food, Eddie's is firing on all cylinders. The oysters were as fresh as anything we had on our recent trip to the coast and the Yellowtail Sashimi appetizer was both beautiful and delicious. My wife opted for the new scallop dish - even though she been disappointed in their previous iteration. However, our server assured us he would make sure the scallops had a nice sear on them and were not overcooked. He delivered on that promise in spades. I ordered the Prime, Bone-in New York. I ordered it charred mid-rare, which they assured me would be no problem, but it came out without any char yet overcooked. Our very -alert server came right over - suspecting it was not done correctly and offered to get it done right. The next time out the steak was perfect, no harm, no foul. We want to give a special shout out to Elijah our server. Elijah was so attentive, personable and wonderful that we will request him from now on. Frank the manager even offered to have Elijah added to notes on our account - which we gladly accepted. Special shout out to Frank too, as he made sure all was great after the steak misstep. Thank you to both!

6 family members celebrating a birthday & anniversary. Little touches acknowledging the milestones were much appreciated. All the food was fantastic from apps of lobster bites & filet sandwiches to 10oz steaks & family style mashed potatoes & asparagus. We love the Bananas Foster butter cake for dessert. The drinks are top notch - highly recommend the smoked old fashioned. Lots of glasses of cab along with rosé for lobster roll. While expensive, the overall value of high quality food, drinks & service makes it worth the cost. We will be back again!
