Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    Stephen did a great job of taking care of us on our anniversary! Everyone was very attentive and the food was delicious. Will be back to the patio soon!

    Eddie V’s is always fantastic. We were greeted by the very friendly Taylor, and seated right away. Our waiter Dominic always delivers the best service. I enjoyed a filet with the scallops add-on and it was delicious. My wife had a filet and loved it too. We ordered sides of their grilled asparagus (perfect) and their au gratin potatoes (these are so amazing) and loved every bite. If you love a great craft cocktail, be sure to try the smoked old fashioned (which is literally the best in the world). We thoroughly enjoyed the bananas foster for desert. The chefs are top notch and really know their stuff. Our go to spot for date night.

    Loved our time and enjoyed the good food! My favorite was the Lobster Tacos. Sophie was attentive and thoughtful. I really enjoyed the live music as well!!!

    Our server, Jeremy, was professional, experienced and on top of all aspects of making our Anniversary dinner memorable. The meals were prepared properly and delicious. We were going to share a lobster bisque. Jeremy offered to split it for us.

    The whole dining experience was delightful - from the Private Plane cocktail, the lobster bisque, the wedge salad, to the perfectly cooked steaks. Our server, Chance, was great, and spaced all the courses out nicely - never felt rushed. Can't wait to return!

    Dinners at Eddie V’s are always an outstanding dining experience. This evening was no exception, perfectly prepared fish, accompanied by generous side dishes. Their selection of oysters are unique and so cold and delicious. The evening flowed under the direction of John L. Smooth, unobtrusive and anticipating what we would need, before we realized It. The perfect experience, to take out of town guests, or for just a couple wanting a perfect evening, never disappoints
