Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    Fresh seafood. Lobster was over cooked. Steak melted in my mouth. Very expensive. Very crowded. Happy hour is probably the way to go.

    Greta food and service. My steak was medium instead of mid-rare but they offered a new one which I declined and then they took the steak off my bill, which I appreciate. Over all an excellent experience and great food.

    Many thanks for accommodating my request to sit our party of 5 in the back room — necessitated by my wife’s severe hearing challenges. The noise level in the main room is very high — in my opinion there’s enough noise without your pumping in loud music too — so had you not placed us in the semi private room it would have been disastrous for us instead of the wonderful experience we actually enjoyed. Eddie V’s service has always been excellent but this time Jacob raised the bar. He was outstanding. We all very much enjoyed our meals. The raw oysters, lobster bisque, 10 oz filet, shrimp cocktail, vodka martini, chocolate cake, espresso and bread were all 10 out of 10. Less impressive were blah Caesar salads (you can do better) and the halibut special.

    Eddie V's is consistently wonderful. The Ahi Tuna entree, crab fried rice and steak tartare appetizers are our frequent choices.

    Another great visit! This time for my birthday. Eric’s service was outstanding. He made it fun. And the live entertainment is a big bonus.

    As always, this is our go to restaurant. Elegant atmosphere wonderful staff or absolutely incredible. Sara is an outstanding human being and server.

    I loved my experience at Eddie V‘s. The service was amazing! The food was really good too, although my ribeye wasn’t as good as Shanahan‘s. Having said that, the service experience made this a remarkable evening.
