Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection.     Second visit but it’s Ben a while. Wow have things improved. They were never bad but never this good. Service was and is always top notch. The food was excellent. Perfect portions, cooked to perfection! Had the bone in sirloin and grill shrimp with crab. Incredible!

    My husband and I came here for a date night and although we’ve been here before and loved it, this time was the best yet. We ordered the steak tartar to start, he got the swordfish special as his main course and I got the filet with lobster, and for our sides we got the truffle Mac, asparagus, and crab fried rice. The filet with lobster was absolutely fantastic, perfectly cooked, and my husband loved his swordfish. We have always loved the truffle Mac and order it every time, but it was our first time getting the crab fried rice and I honestly think I like it even more than the truffle Mac, it was so delicious. It’s now on my must order list. We finished with the bananas foster dessert because it’s my favorite restaurant dessert anywhere, and took home enough leftovers for 2 days. Everything was fantastic.
