On Saturday 9th March 2024, Eight at Gazegill officially opened its doors to its fine dining countryside restaurant. The following 12 months have seen the restaurant evolve and grow into a 'go-to' destination for discerning foodies and nature lovers alike. To celebrate our success we would love to invite everyone to join us over two nights, to enjoy 'The Best of Gazegill' - a 5/6 course set Tasting menu featuring some of the best dishes that our Chef Patron Doug Crampton, and his team, have produced over the last year. Join us for our third seasonal five-course tasting menu featuring foraged and wild foods, set against the stunning back drop of the Ribble Valley countryside. Working alongside a professional forager and wild food educator, our Spring Forager's Feast menu will introduce your palate to new and exciting flavour combinations whilst providing information on how you can make the most of the produce that is available on our moorlands and in our hedgerows. Spring is such a bountiful season and we are expecting some fantastic wild produce to be available! Dietary requirements and allergies must be communicated in advance, no changes to the menu will be possible on the day. This event is intended for ADULTS ONLY.
