Eight Settlers Distillery & Restaurant is the culmination of a longtime dream to build a distillery and share the finest local foods with our community. Eight Settlers is a blend of the 1850’s traditional vintage western style with a modern twist of the second industrial revolution. The Chef’s inspiration for the menu is Modern American with traditional twists, while the spirits are distilled and blended to the highest standards with the best grains available.

Lovely meal and great service...it was Thanksgiving and we really appreciated the staff working for our benefit. Definitely go back another time or too.

The food here was absolutely incredible. The service was efficient, but our servers seemed very serious. It wasn’t a problem, though, as they got the job done and made sure we were taken care of. Overall, the food alone makes this place worth visiting!

We had a lovely, quiet thanksgiving meal. The drinks were excellent. The food was well made. The service was friendly and unrushed. I would definitely recommended.

Exactly what we were looking for this thanksgiving. Food was good, our waiter Grady was awesome. It was the perfect place to spend with our family.

Let me start by saying I am not a food critic. Sunday two of my friends and I came in for the first time for brunch. I had steak and eggs, one friend had eggs Benedict and the other friend had biscuits and gravy. The food was served cold, had no flavor and was poorly presented on the plates. None of us said anything til we left the restaurant and since I suggested it, I felt responsible for the negative experience. The building and view are incredible. Cocktails and service were good and the restrooms were very clean. Food was very disappointing.
